This product is great. It is so quiet and the cats love it. I love it too. Just the right size for a big cat too. The only downside to this is the plug that comes with it, although it is uk. However it is not a direct uk plug for our circuit system. This would need to plug in directly for permanent usage like the black one in the photo. The one that came with it like the other white one plugged in are dangerous and can only be used temporarily. I am in communication with seller who promised to rectify this but still waiting for the first one i bought already plugged in. The cats go under the table where it is and constantly brush past it and it worries me because it is not a perminant plug for uk, like the black one in the photo. Therefore it is dangerous according to uk regulations and can lead to a risk of fire. I hope the seller sorts this out quickly as they said they would. Apart from that the product is super efficient and clean.

This is a wonderful, quiet cat litter box. It works very well. I have a few of other, makes. This is indeed the quieter of all. The only thing is the height for your cat, and the plug needs to be for a direct plugin for uk.

The most luxurious purchase! It arrived well-packaged and intact. The set is complete, even cute) especially the cleaning brush and the fragrant cat to make the container smell nice) We only had time to test it with the light for 1 day. On 13.12.25 there was an attack on Odesa and we have been without electricity for 3 days, but we put a battery for it and it consumes little energy. Our cats really like their new tray)).

The services are working excellently, there is a tracking app and the cat's weight, the cats quickly got used to the new toilets and thank you very much for the gift, the cats love it very much.

Great product! The delivery was much faster than we were expecting. The whole quality is amazing and was beyond our real expectations to be honest. Most of it it's easy to instal and connect to a phone. Colours are neutral and it looks really nice in our interioir and i think will suit most of other interiors too. A few small notes. The litter box is highter than we thought so it may be difficult for some cats (kittens or old ones) to use it without extra step right next to it. Also the room inside the box is a little smaller than it looks so it maybe not comfortable enough for big cats (chubby ones or maine coon for example). So keep this two notes in mind if you're thinking about buying this exact litter box.
